Feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed? Join an EFT tapping group to discharge the stress, rebalance energy, and leave feeling calm, relaxed, and more balanced.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT – tapping) is a fast and effective way to discharge stress and return to a feeling of balance, peace, and calm. The method involves tapping on energy meridian points on our body while focusing on any distressing thoughts and feelings. The tapping clears away energy blocks, calms the body’s nervous system, and restores balance. EFT directly calms the amygdala, the part of our brain that is responsible for the fight/flight stress response. It also allows for more access to the unconscious part of our brains, helping us discover the core issues behind the symptoms.

The group will start with a few rounds of general tapping. Then group members will have an opportunity for their own 10-minute mini session, tapping on specific, individual concerns they have. Come to the group with something that is causing stress in your life that you want to work on. Please make sure your issue isn’t something that is too overwhelming, as we wouldn’t have time in the group to dive deep. The bigger issues are better addressed in individual sessions.
