What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that has been practiced for thousands of years. The process works by using the universal life energy called Ki (or Chi) to restore the natural balance in our energy systems, which then promotes healing in our bodies. Reiki can be used for a variety of physical and emotional issues. Most clients report a deep sense of relaxation and improved well-being after a Reiki session. What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT– Tapping)?

Emotional Freedom Technique is a fast and gentle way to release negative thought patterns, traumatic memories, and emotional distress. EFT uses finger tapping on traditional Chinese acupuncture points while focusing on a specific issue. The tapping is able to calm down the Amygdala (the part of our brain that is responsible for the stress response), and increase calm, resilience, and well-being. Changes can happen relatively quickly when using EFT because it works on an energetic level.
